Collector’s Garage at WestWorld, a $55 million high-end car storage community that blends function, design, and lifestyle.
Approved unanimously by the Scottsdale City Council on Aug. 26, the project will rise on about five acres east of Loop 101 and the Scottsdale Airport, just minutes from Barrett-Jackson — the epicenter of Scottsdale’s car culture. Developer Jason Plotke and his team expect to break ground in roughly five to six months, with completion slated for about 18 months later.
Once finished, the 76,500-square-foot facility will feature 46 private garages, spread across five buildings. Forty-two of them will span 1,500 square feet, while four will stretch to 2,400 square feet — and every one of them will offer the chance for owners to make it their own. Think mezzanines, vehicle lifts, even personal courts for pickleball or basketball.
Plotke emphasizes that this isn’t just a storage space. “We strive to build a community, not just sell a widget or a box,” he told the Business Journal. These garages will come complete with painted drywall, LED lighting, and five-ton air conditioning units, creating a polished environment that fits right in with Scottsdale’s upscale aesthetic.

Where Luxury Meets Lifestyle
The location is no accident. Nestled near DC Ranch, Silverleaf, and Windgate Ranch, Collector’s Garage is poised to attract car collectors and hobbyists who want easy access to their vehicles — and the social atmosphere that comes with it.
Over the past decade, Scottsdale has quietly become a haven for luxury auto storage, with projects like Toy Barn and Finish Line Auto Club catering to the same crowd. Collector’s Garage at WestWorld takes that idea further, combining high-end amenities with proximity to Scottsdale’s iconic automotive events.
A Glimpse of What’s Coming
The city’s approval included site plans, a zoning change, and the combination of two parcels that make up the project’s footprint. Once complete, it’ll represent more than just another real estate development — it’s a reflection of how Scottsdale continues to embrace its reputation as a hub for luxury living and car culture alike.
Plotke’s team has already begun marketing the garages for sale, and interest has reportedly exceeded the number of available units. For those lucky enough to secure one, Collector’s Garage will offer more than space — it’s a lifestyle built around passion, precision, and community.
As Scottsdale continues to evolve, opportunities like this highlight why the city remains one of the most desirable places to invest. If you’re curious about properties near WestWorld or the expanding luxury corridor, I’d be glad to help you explore what’s next.
