A familiar Gilbert landmark is getting a fresh start. Greenfield Lakes Golf Course has officially been sold for $4.6 million to local entrepreneur Dustin Williams, marking an exciting new chapter for the community favorite.

FUN FACT - I, (Natalie Fricke) got a birdie on this course! It is still the highlight to my golf career.

In addition to the golf course and driving range, the sale also included an adjacent 2-acre property at the corner of Greenfield and Warner Roads, purchased for $2.5 million. The combined acquisition signals a strong commitment to both the course and the surrounding area.

Williams, a longtime Gilbert resident, shared that his vision is to enhance the course and revitalize the space to make it a true community hub once again. With improvements planned for both the course and nearby amenities, residents can look forward to new life being breathed into one of Gilbert’s most beloved recreational spots.
